At Velunni, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains our voluntary returns as well as the statutory right of withdrawal for eligible EU/EEA consumers.
1) Voluntary 100-Day Returns
We offer a 100-day voluntary return period from the date you receive your order. If you decide a product is not right for you, you may request a return within 100 days, subject to the eligibility rules below.
2) EU/EEA/UK Consumers – Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
If you are an eligible consumer in the EU/EEA (and where applicable the UK) and you purchased through a distance contract (online), you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason. Mandatory consumer rights apply where required by law.
If you withdraw, we will refund the purchase price and (where required) the standard outbound shipping costs. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment, depending on what is earlier.
3) Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned with any original packaging, tags, and included components (if applicable).
- Returns that show signs of use, washing, wear, damage, odor, stains, or alteration may be refused or may receive a partial refund where permitted.
Non-returnable items (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Digital products / downloads
- Final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” (where permitted)
- Sealed hygiene items that have been unsealed after delivery (where this legal exception applies)
4) How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@velunni.com and include:
- Your order number
- The items you want to return
- The reason for the return (optional for EU/EEA statutory withdrawal)
- Photos if the item is damaged/defective or you received the wrong item
After approval, we will email you return instructions. Returns sent without authorization or to an address other than the one provided in the return instructions may not be accepted.
5) Return Shipping Costs
Customer-paid returns: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Our error / defective or damaged: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If confirmed, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate remedy.
6) Bundles
If you purchased a bundle, all items included in the bundle must generally be returned together to qualify for a full refund, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7) Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timing: we process approved refunds within 7–14 calendar days after inspection (bank processing times may add additional days).
- If return shipping costs are customer-paid and we arranged the label, the agreed return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
8) Exchanges
