Shipping policy

Velunni is committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. We work with trusted shipping partners and provide tracking on shippable orders where available.

1) Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods (e.g., promotions and holidays), processing may take longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer different shipping options depending on your destination and the available carrier services at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date (not the order date).

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 2–6 business days
  • Germany, France, Austria, Luxembourg: 3–8 business days
  • Rest of EU/EEA: 4–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–14 business days
  • United Arab Emirates: 4–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–18 business days

Note: Actual delivery times can vary due to carrier capacity, weather, peak seasons, customs processing, local regulations, and other factors outside our control.

3) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, order weight/size, and chosen shipping method.

4) International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship internationally. For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, or other fees depending on your country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs delays are outside our control and are not considered valid grounds for cancellation or refund.

5) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

6) Order Modification (within 12 hours)

If you wish to modify your order (for example: address, quantity, or product/variant), we can accommodate this request within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing or shipping, and modifications may no longer be possible. If a change is no longer possible, you may still be able to return the item(s) according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

7) Order Cancellation (within 12 hours)

If you wish to cancel your order, we can process the cancellation within 12 hours of the order being placed.

After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing or shipping, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@velunni.com if you need to modify or cancel an order.

8) Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear, depending on the carrier.

9) Missing Items, Damaged Items, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@velunni.com.

Please include your order number and, where applicable:

  • photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
  • photos/video of the item(s) and the issue
  • photo of the packing slip (if provided)

Claims submitted after 7 days may be harder to verify and may not be eligible for resolution.

Packaging damage

If the packaging is damaged in transit but the product itself is intact and fully functional, it is generally not eligible for a replacement or refund. If you are unsure, contact us and we will review your case.

10) Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • check with household members/neighbors or your building reception
  • look for a safe-place drop-off
  • contact the carrier to open an investigation/claim

Please also contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with any carrier claim reference or written confirmation where available. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement/refund for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.
